Established for more than 12 years, Archiving Solutions provides unmatched archiving & storage facilities for specialised recording & film media, document storage & standard storage items, all securely located and comprehensively monitored in a temperature controlled, humidity free environment.
Whilst we have always provided specialised, temperature-controlled storage of sensitive items - we started with piano’s, film, video, music, IT & related professional media - we now also carry document, paper, records and household & office item storage in separate container and warehousing facilities. Oh, and we still store pianos – from concert grands to mini-uprights & everything in between...
Short term or long term, deep storage or easy access, from a single CD to a full master catalogue, from one small office box to a collection of grand pianos – we cover it all - with care, with full attention, and at the most affordable price available. Full 24 hour on & off-site CCTV recording covers all internal and external site security and is “motion sensitive” & target-specific for full surveillance recording at all times.
Additionally, we provide archiving and re-mastering facilities for all current and historic specialised recording, film & video master formats, including multi-track recording, 16mm & 35mm film, 1” & 2” video, U-Matic, Super VHS etc…. Across these and all other professional formats, we are able to repair, restore, archive, copy & create professional, dedicated storage. We provide full catalogue re-mastering and archiving, with final digital storage on hard drive, or restoration to replacement analogue tape formats, if required. This service can include full catalogue labelling and re-packaging, with in-house artwork origination & media-formatting as required. Dedicated re-mastering and restoration facilities, together with experienced technicians are available on-site at all times. Tape baking is undertaken on-site and all necessary specialised restoration is all undertaken in-house in dedicated areas, which include a mastering suite, baking ovens, full workshop facility and in-house art shop and labelling department.
We can offer a delivery service within the boundaries of Brighton & Central London & we offer two free retrievals per month as standard.
For larger, or full catalogue storage contracts, dedicated storage is created on a per-client basis, which provides further levels of comfort and security to the client.

We will beat any genuine price, currently being charged elsewhere for parallel storage or archiving facilities, and we have historically always saved clients at least 30% on their previous or existing storage and media-based requirements...
