Ross McCracken
Producer & Studio Manager
Ross started working in music when he was 15 forming his first production company. Now older and (hopefully!) wiser he is the manager and founder of Yellow Fish Music. He has previously worked with The Pretty Things, David Gilmour, Arthur Brown and many others including Boyzone (although he strongly denies the last one!) Ross is also the UK consultant for The FOCOtheory Agency in the USA.

Jake Rousham
Engineer
With 20 years experience having worked with Nick Cave and Fatboy Slim to Snow Patrol and The Levellers Jake is used to working with a wide range of genres and instrumentation. Jake's friendly and supportive manner is renowned at Yellow Fish for getting the very best out of the artists and their projects.

Rob Francis
Assistant Engineer
Rob assists in both studio one and The Yellow Fish Mobile as well as dealing with the dance music side of the Yellow Fish Music Group through 'Red Back Music' based in Hertfordshire.

Matt Farrar
Engineer
Having been signed to Mega Records in 1993, studying sound engineering in London and working in several recording studios around the country Matt joined the Yellow Fish team last year. He has a wealth of experience in both live and studio engineering and is the Head of Sound at Glyndebourne Opera House. He has previously worked with Kitty Daisy & Lewis, Andrew Bird, Chip Taylor, Jesus Jones, and many more.

Lex Hollingworth
Mobile Studio and Live Engineer
Lex is the Mobile Studio Engineer, his career in live sound along with a 1st Class BA (Hons) in Studio Recording give him a broad understanding of how to capture any live performance. Over the years he has worked with a whole host of renowned performers such as Billy Cobham, The Animals, The Kooks, The Gallows, Easy Star All-stars, Henry Rollins and many more.

DB
Security and Artist Liaison
DB is the newest member of the Yellow Fish Team. With no experience whatsoever in either security or artist relations he generally looks cute and hoovers up crumbs from the Yellow Fish Bar carpet (He also occasionally has a wee in the control room).

Mike Ellaway
Musical Consultant
Mike is a singer/songwriter with a BA (Hons) in music. He was the former head of vocals at one of the UK’s top music schools. Mike is also a highly proficient classical pianist and rock guitarist. He has worked with Ozzy Osbourne and Pitch Shifter.

Frank Holland
Consultant
Frank is better known as a song writer and arranger and is also Guitarist with the Pretty Things. Frank is always keen to lend an ear and is a valuable asset to the group in all areas musical!
